Getting Pre-Op approval for medical surgeries
We offer medical clearance for elective surgeries such as plastic surgery, tummy tucks, cosmetic surgery, and more serious types of surgeries in the New Orleans area. Our facility can provide an EKG, x-ray, COVID tests, and blood tests if your pre op clearance requires this.
What happens during a preoperative physical exam?
The clearance surgery depends on what type of surgery is being performed. The evaluation usually includes a physical examination, cardiac evaluation, lung function assessment, and appropriate laboratory tests.
